Exchange Policy
We have a 2-day exchange policy. This means you can request an exchange within 2 days after receiving your product.
Below are the details on the basis of which we offer an exchange:

If you want to exchange a parcel, please note that the product must be unused. Used products are not eligible for exchange.

We will exchange the parcel if the product you received is not the same as the one you ordered. In other words, if the product does not match the details mentioned on the product page.

All delivery charges for the exchange (both return and re-delivery) will be paid by the customer.

For an exchange, the customer must first return the received product to our address. After we check the product (and confirm that it has no issue and is exactly the same product that was originally sent), our team will exchange it according to your requirement and deliver it again.

Once a parcel has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
Please note that we do not have a refund policy. We only offer an exchange policy. If you meet the above requirements, we will exchange your parcel.
